POSTAGE
Your postage will be calculated on the weight of your order. We currently use Royal Mail first class delivery with proof of postage on all items. Should you require any other delivery, ie next day or to sign for please let us know and we will confirm the cost with you prior to forwarding an invoice for the additional cost.
Postage is free on orders over £50.00

Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products and/or services from cutessentials.com through this web site. We take great care when embroidering any goods and it is very important that you take as much care as possible in providing us with correct personalization instructions. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalized items if your instructions were not reasonably clear.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
By placing your order, you agree to buy the goods ordered at the specified price. If you have any questions about the quality or suitability of any item, we suggest that you contact us before placing an order. All items are offered subject to availability and it is possible that some items may be replaced with a similar quality product with the same or greater value.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you ask us to alter your personalization after the order has been received we will try our best to do so but in the event that an item has already been embroidered we will be unable to make any changes.
We may, at our sole discretion agree to a request to cancel an order although if any goods have already been embroidered before we receive you cancellation request we will be unable to accept the cancellation.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment may be made through Paypal using credit or debit cards or by cheque made payable to K Henry. In the event that payment is made by cheque goods will not be embroidered or despatched until after the cheque has cleared.
DELIVERY
We will always make every effort to deliver your goods in a timely manner but if you have a critical delivery date please contact us at sales@cutessentials.com before placing your order so that we can advise you whether we can meet your required delivery date.
We will accept liability, strictly limited to the value of the order, for any goods which arrived damaged provided that we are notified and the damaged goods are returned to us with 10 days of the delivery date.
LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES
The recipient is wholly liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable when goods are ordered for delivery outside the United Kingdom.
OUR GUARANTEE
We always endeavour to offer high quality products and service. However, if you have a complaint about the quality of the goods we have supplied to you please email us at sales@cutessentials.com If we agree that your complaint is valid we will, at our sole discretion, either replace the goods or refund your money.
LIABILITIES
We always attempt to ensure that the information provided on our web site is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that there will not be any errors. We do not make any warranties that the web site is secure or is free from viruses or other malware. We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed goods at any time.
Any warranty, express or implied, with respect to this web site or any of the information contained therein is hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the supply of products or contemplated supply shall be limited to the total price of the products purchased in respect of any claims. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (whether for loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) or damage of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site or use of the products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to defer the delivery date or cancel the order or reduce the volume of the ordered products without liability to you if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying out of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All site content such as graphics, images and animations are for viewing purposes only and should not be downloaded, stored, redistributed or sold by any means or method.
